Job Summary: Responsibilities: ?Utilize expertise in high-power semiconductor devices, such as conducting feasibility studies to determine their technical and economic viability when applied in power distribution equipment, performing detailed calculations and simulations to optimize at the product level, and so forth, in order to manage and control their performance and quality in DC circuit breakers and electronic transformers during co-development with suppliers and universities ?Draw up clear specifications for the application of high-power semiconductors in DC circuit breakers and transformers ?Develop verification and validation plans, with a focus on high-power semiconductor components as part of DC circuit breaker and transformers. Conduct related tests and analysis to verify the functionality and reliability of high-power semiconductor devices to meet all technical requirements, regulatory standards, reliability and safety of DC circuit breaker and transformers, and document findings to identify and troubleshoot any issues in that process. ?Coordinate the activities with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, procurement, industrialization, as well as external partners to ensure compliance with specifications and performance requirements, and massive production. Qualifications: ?Proficiency at the solid-state technology, especially high-power semiconductor devices (such as SCR, IGBT, MOSFET, and so forth) as well as rich application experience in designing and developing electronic power transformers. ?Ability to design electronic schematic, component selection, and PCB layout, especially electronic protection functions, such as over-current protection, over-voltage protection, under-voltage protection, etc. ?Proven experience in drawing up test cases and its management, electronic product verification & validation, environmental testing, reliability testing. and familiarity with compliance testing (e.g., EMC/EMI, safety regulations). ?Strong communic
