Job Summary ? Reporting to Engineering Manager Essential Duties and Responsibilities ? Responsible for process implementation in HUS Wuhu Responsibilities ? Continuous improvement of existing products and processes. ? Responsibly for ECN screening ? Support other manufacturing functions assigned by supervisor from time to time. ? Complete assigned projects that include working process improvement, material utilization optimize and assigned specific department coordinator’s work. ? Provide day-to-day technical support & problem-solving for production. ? Train trainer on new equipment and processes ? Uses rigorous processes and technical knowledge to build detailed technical understanding for key process steps. ? Function as a team member or team leader on focused projects ? Perform any other duties as assigned by the department to support the operation. Knowledge, Skills, and Competence ? Familiar with AutoCAD & excel. ? Good project management skills and communication skills ? Experience from improvement tools, e g Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen is a plus PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS ? Collaborative: Adapts and finds win-win solutions through an unpretentious focus on the common goal. ? Structured: Works according to a clear process, organizes and plans his work well, completes what has been started and meets deadlines ? BS/MS degree in Mechanical, Automation, or Electrical and other equivalent Science/Engineering background. ? At least 3 years of experience from Switchgear Manufacturing enterprise ? Experience in leading or participating project highly preferred
