崗位職責: 1.Develop and implement a total rewards strategy that aligns with the company's goals and values, driving employee engagement and retention; 2.Develop and implement compensation incentive schemes, including sales commissions, and incentives according to ousiness oplectlves 3.Plan and manage salary structure development which align with job grade mapping and job evaluation; 4.Facilitate year-end salary review, discretionary bonus review and regular incentive scheme review, from planning modelling, proposal and preparation of presentation materials to implementation, 5.Collaborate with BU leaders to enhance the effectiveness of total rewards programs by regular review of compensation and rewards policy; 6.Conduct benchmarking, analyze compensation trends to support talent retention strategy;
任職資格: 1.Bachelor's degree or above in HumanResources, Business Administration,orrelated disciplines, 2.At least 8 years’relevant experience inC&B, HR data analysis or related areas,minimum 3 years' solid C&B experience insizable companies and fast pacedenvironment is highly preferred; 3.Prior experience in design andimplementation of regional C&B projectwould be a plus; 4.Attention to details, well-organized and strong numerical sense 5.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with all levels of stakeholders, 6.Strong project management skills, able to work in a dynamic environment; 7.Proficiency in Microsoft applications,especially in the use of Excel and PowerPoint; 8.Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese(including Mandarin);
