1. 負責現(xiàn)場監(jiān)督暖通工程按規(guī)范及設計要求施工； Responsible for on-site supervision of HVAC construction in accordance with specifications and design requirements; 2. 負責暖通工程完工驗收； Responsible for the completion and acceptance of HVAC projects; 3. 全面負責空調系統(tǒng)、制冷機組、冷卻塔、空壓機等設備的運行與預防性維護，解決或指導設備運行中出現(xiàn)的故障及問題； Fully responsible for the operation and preventive maintenance of air conditioning system, refrigeration unit, cooling tower, air compressor and other equipment, and solve or guide the equipment failure and problems in operation; 4. 編制空調系統(tǒng)、制冷機組、冷卻塔、空壓機等設備的操作SOP及維護保養(yǎng)SOP； Prepare operating SOP and maintenance SOP for air conditioning system, refrigeration unit, cooling tower, air compressor and other equipment; 5. 負責該崗位操作人員的培訓及考核； Responsible for the training and assessment of operators in this position; 6. 配合驗證部門做好相應設備的驗證工作； Cooperate with the verification department to verify the corresponding equipment; 7. 負責暖通綜合運行數(shù)據(jù)分析，提出偏差處理方案并實施。 Responsible for the comprehensive operation data analysis of HVAC, proposed and implemented the deviation treatment scheme.
