MAIN GOALS AND OBJECTIVES
1. Responsible for payroll data
負責工資數據:
a. Collecting of data 數據收集
b. Cleaning up of data 清理數據
c. Supply of data 提供數據
d. Maintenance of data 維護數據
2. Complete monthly salary calculation
完成每月工資計算
a. Cooperate with HR and other internal departments involved
與人力資源和其他內部部門合作
b. Salary calculation has to be done for all employees and interns
必須為所有員工和實習生進行工資計算
3. Responsible for payroll run and approval
負責工資和考勤的運行和批準:
a. Legal, trade union and compliance conformed payroll run
工資運轉合法、合規、符合工會要求
b. Responsible for payment on-time to ensure payroll is received on schedule
負責按時付款,以確保員工按時收到工資
c. Responsible for posting run
負責過帳執行
d. Individual Income tax plausibility check and monthly declaration
個人所得稅合理性檢查和月度申報
4. Responsible for collaboration with third parties:
負責與第三方的合作
a. Manage and cooperate with vendor to proceed the social benefits and housing fund
管理并配合社會福利和住房公積金的運行
b. Responsible for the collaboration with legal authorities
負責與法律部門開展合作
c. Responsible for payroll internal and external audits activities proactively
主動負責工資相關的內外部審計
d. Responsible for declaration of individual income tax and do the tax payment on time
負責及時申報和繳納個人所得稅
e. Support the China Annual Tax Reconciliation
支持中國年度稅務調節
5. Reporting and continuous improvement
報告和持續改進:
a. Proactively prepare relevant analysis as needed
根據需要主動準備相關分析工作
b. Proactively prepare relevant reports as needed
根據需要主動準備相關報告
c. Proactively prepare relevant statistics as needed
根據需要主動編制相關統計數據
d. Drive process and system continuous improvement based on daily evaluation
