1. Acting as the main contact point between the company and assigned customers; 2. Building and maintaining strong and long-term relationships with assigned customers at all levels; 3. Communicating and presenting Advantest' products, solutions and capabilities to the customers, as well as identifying and communicating the customer's technology, commercial and production needs to the company. 4. Obtaining market and competition intelligence, customer organisational structures, product lines and road maps, and feedback to internal departments. 5. Developing and executing sales plans to win new businesses from the customers 6. Preparing pricing quotations; negotiating to final price and submitting documents to book orders. 7. Working together with other internal functions to ensure timely and successful delivery of Advantest products, solutions and services to customers and/or theirs subcontractors. 8. Coordinating and working with other internal functions to provide customer support (including customers' subcontractors) to ensure customer satisfactions. 9. Developing and executing account management plans, 10. Other related account management and sales activities. 要求: 1. Minimum 3 years of relevant sales/account management experience in semiconductor industry. 2. Demonstrated ability to communicate with and present to internal and external stakeholders at all levels. 3. Excellent verbal and written communications skills in both Chinese and English. 4. Bachelors or Master Degree in EE or MBA or equivalent.
