Client Engagement: Act as the primary subject matter expert for mining-related projects, engaging with clients to understand their business requirements and challenges. Design bespoke solutions that align with their operational and sustainability goals. ? Industry Insights: Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in the mining industry, including regulatory changes, safety standards, and emerging technologies. Apply this knowledge to inform and refine our cloud solutions. ? Training & Marketing: Offer training sessions and workshops for internal/external to help them maximize the value of cloud solutions. Create marketing contents and customer success stories to enable sales team and promote key solutions. Work with key industry associates to make influence in the market.
